Milne Legal ("ML") is a boutique law firm, organized in Europe to provide US Investment Advisory services to any person or entity that has a personal connection with or business interest in the United States.
With its office in Zurich, Switzerland, ML is firmly committed, and strategically located, to service the European markets with all US regulatory matters.
ML's clients are non-US entities (such as non-US investment advisers ("EAMs") registered with the SEC and non-US financial institutions serving as custodians to any US person).
The founder and managing partner of ML understands what it is like to be in private practice for reputable US law firms, but perhaps more importantly, intimately understands the legal framework that exists inside European financial institutions.
